Diversity Programs (DP) is a unique company that focuses on educating students and educators about ethics groups that aren’t discuss in American history or science class. Due to racism and discrimination in the past, this information is hardly known to the general public. DP bridges that gap and tries to resolve the lack of and misinformation of the past.

Our Mission

Is to develop racial pride, promote racial understanding, and provide a new motivation for learning.

To collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret cultural materials which illustrate the achievements and history of African Americans, Latinos and Native Americans.

To share their contributions and explain how they made America so great.

We recognize and understand that racism has culturally deprived our youth. We also know that once our youth know better ultimately they would do better. By us highlighting achievements in history that are not normally taught in school is the key to their success. Utilizing examples of ordinary people making extraordinary contributions to the world gives young people the inspiration that is needed. We believe young people need role models that they can identify with so they can see themselves in the big picture and can contribute to it.

The vision is to bring these significant contributors out the shadows and towards receiving the recognition they truly deserve. DP is becoming a major vehicle in preserving and honoring a segment of history that has been buried or overlooked.

As America grows it will become more diverse and our youth need to be properly taught about other cultures to avoid repeating the ills of the past.
